there has to be a way to make flames....maybe like put some kind of ignitor on the tip of your pipe and run your truck just a tad rich and the ignitor catch the excess fuel light it into a flame then the air coming out of the pipe would blow the flame....lol just a thought....

I put a whole system on my go cart as a project. It worked. Give me a minute I'll post some pictures of the system. The Go-Cart is gone though. Sold it to a family. Figured they didn't want a flame throwing exhaust....

^^^ no just get the electric grill starter... they are a bit more expensive but a 2 year old could push the button and get sparks! if anybody pulls this of they HAVE to put videos up on here!!! hahah!
