Default Spring ratings

Ok so ive been looking up springs and was just wondering how they rate the colors of the spring? Is there a universal chart someplace that tells you? For example are red springs stiffer then silver springs or yellow springs??

Thanks just wondering

The higher the spring rate the stiffer the spring is.
