Dual Rates and Expo are a function of your radio if it supports them, without knowing what kind of radio you have no one will be able to tell you how to set them up. Most computer radios have an option in the menu system to set them up.

Hi,
For intitial flights set the throws to what the manufacturers say as high rates and then set low rates at about 15%-20% less...this way if you find its too twitchy you can still fly it on low rates. Once test flown fiddle with it so it flies how you want!...expo is a personal prefernce thing...everyone has different prefernces on how to use it and alot of its trial and error until it feels "right".
Good luck
Rich
