Default .21 Carb-have sliding....want rotating-Help

I have a .21 Ofna Hyper with the slide carb. I'd like to change this to a rotating carb.

Are there any other .21's out there that use a rotating carb that I might be able to use? I don't have a problem machining an adapter to make it fit if it's not the exact size. My application doesn't allow me to use a sliding carb.

Another question: How much performance will I lose if I go to a rotating carb, but the intake is smaller in diameter than the stock ofna one?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Russ

why do you want a rotary carb?? the slide carb should be able to fit all the .21 vehicles.

This engine is going into a ducted fan jet. The throttle servo is located in the nose, so I'll be using a flex cable to connect to the carb. I could put a bellcrank in there to get the 90 degrees and use the slide carb, but I'd rather look for a rotating carb to make it easier.

Question: what will happen if I put a carb on the enigne, that is rotating, but has a smaller opening than what the OFNA has. Will I loose a lot of power?
