Default rc10lss gearing question

i just picked up a rc10lss off ebay for next to nothing. it came with a 115 tooth 64 pitch spur gear. what size pinion should i use. im running a 3700kv brushless system. my local track is asphalt. should i just switch to 48 pitch gears. which one is "better"?[sm=72_72.gif]

Stick with the 64 pitch gears, but otherwise how long is your track?
