Default TF Cessna 182

Hello,

I am currently building a 182 and it is missing one elevator tip. I emailed TF support, but have not received a reply. Is this normal? It has been approximately one week. Should I call and talk with someone? I don't remember, but I am sure I did not send a mailing address. I was expecting a reply. In general what should I do?

If you sent an email, please follow it up. You can certainly call Product Support, and they'll check to see if the part was sent. Usually, they go ahead and send out the part right away. One week isn't out of the ordinary for a response, depending upon how many emails come in.
