Securing Planes in Trailers
From you guys that haul planes in trailers, how do you guys secure them in place for transport? Fuses, Wings, Fuel Cans etc etc? Pictures would be great...thanks

I use tie downs and bungee cords. The bungee cords are pretty gentle on the planes. I would recommend putting padding under the wheels to keep them from getting flat spots. I don't secure my support equipment much. I just keep it all at the front of the trailer (because that's where it will bounce to) and it will stay in place.

We used bungee straps and blocks wrapped in velcro. The floors were carpeted and the velcro would stick to the carpet. Did not really need the blocks, but the held so good that they prevented some things from moving around.
The wings were in wings bags and strapped to the sides of the trailer walls. Whichever plane was going to be flown, never required bothering any parts of another plane. In 6 years of using this setup, not a single dent in anything.
