Default New Classic Thunder Boat

I just got my CTB-1 at my local hobby store. MAN is it sweet. 10lbs. of composite and fantastic gel coat. The cowl fits perfectly. I am starting to build this weekend. Dist 8 is starting this class next year. I can hardly wait.

You must have a good hobby shop up there! All of my local ones sell just RTR's.
Would that happen to be Don Mock's shop?
I had to zoom in to see that it's the new WHH hull.

I am in Washington State. The Hobby store is Hobbyoutlets. I guess he got the first 4 made. It is something. I'm not sure I can state this so Ron you can delete it if you want. The web page is www.hobbyoutlets.com

The link is cool. It's just great to see a hobby shop that does carry more than the run-of-the-mill stuff.
I've been kind of looking at the Thunderboats myself but really want to get a Cat first. If I see them running my mind might get changed though. I'm also in a raffle right now for a Zippkit's T-boat and the drawing is tomorrow.

Now you're going to have to get us some shots of the build and when it's finished then some on-the-water shots!
