Default Humming bird conning Effect

Hey I think I have figured out a great way to stop the conning effect which would give you an emence amount more lift. And vastly improve the forward flight. The Main Rotor Head Yoke where the blades mount to is made out of plastic If someone would be able to make it out of light weight aluminum it would not flex which is the problem with the conning affect. I have installed the new carbon fiber main and tail blades which I believed helped out alot. However there is still alot of conning affect which would be gone with a Aluminum Main Rotor Head Yoke. If anyone can make on or nows where they are sold please inform me or I'm going to go to my Machine Shop friend and see if he can produce one. Let me know what you guys feel on this subject. Take care and have a great day of hovering!

Take a look at this link: Hummingbird head stiffener - FF flight now possible. This is how a couple of us have solved that problem. I had my bird out for ff flight this AM. It was rock solid! The weight addition is minimal too.

Default Humming bird conning Effect

Hi,

I have seen a very similar mod available for the Piccolo, does anyone know if the sizes are the same and if it would fit a Hummingbird/Dragonfly.

Cheers,

David

Did you make one out of Ball Caps and if you did how did it work. Also did it help out the conning and performance alot? Thanks
