If your TX is 4ch ie: 2 sticks the survey says******** YES it will just be sure to get the right Channel and shift for the RX to match your radio ie: negative shift = Futaba/Hitec. Positive shift = JR/Airtronics

Also from what I've gatherd from the fine gentlemen on this forum and others get some spares ie: main rotor, tail rotor, extra battery pack at least 1. if you haven't tried a sim program for a heli there's a fine free one called Pre-Flight and if you don't have the interface to use or a radio to use as the controler as I, you can use a joy-pad with the 2 analog sticks on it to simulate a TX,Logitec and interact make those. Time spent on the sim will equate to less repairs and more fun also a good item to look at is the beginers guide in R/C groups under electric Heli's I think it's rev. 6 now. a wealth of info in that but unless you've got a laser printer just keep it in the adobe file format and read it on your PC

Default Hummingbrird questin help!!!

Hi,

I have a Dragonfly/Hummingbird with the all-in-one board and I also have a Futaba FF6 transmitter but I can't get them to work together.

When I use the crystal from the original transmitter and set the futaba to PCM (the same as the original Zhen Hua transmitter) I can't get the all-in-one to work.

Is there something I'm not doing right?

Thanks,

David

David,
From what I understand, there is no standard for PCM, so each manufacturers PCM is different. For the most part, you can only use a PCM receiver with a transmitter of same brand. Also, swapping crystals from one brand transmitter to another can cause problems. I think if the receiver is on the all in one board, you are stuck using the original transmitter.

Hi

Thanks Jeffs555,

I thought it would be something like that.

Cheers,

David
