What juvenile nonsense......We're discussing the situation concerning Scott Ellingson and Mark Brill......What does bleeding heart liberal democrats and oxycontin deluded right wing nut jobs have to do with Brillelli engines.
I've had several dealings with Scott, and now fly with one of his B46 conversions....I've had nothing but good luck with this product, and He has been very helpful and generous..
I've gleaned from these threads that Scott had some serious health problems, what else I couldn't say... I do believe now is the time for Scott to come forward with frank explanations about his business and his future...He owes his loyal customers no less......

Yes, let's keep this thread factual since it is a bit one sided at the moment.

Some of you guys are UNREAL! How much more factual can it be when a company has your money but refuses to correspond with you. EVERYONE on this thread who has paid their hard earned dollars deserves to be kept abreast of where they stand in the que. While I have deep sympathy for Scott's personal woes I will not cut him any slack as a business person. You guys are trying to lessen the importance that the people on here have that have funds at risk.

Perhaps part of the communications Scott has received are as uncivil as some of these posts. Others here have received recent replys or product from him so he is spending shop time trying to catch up. But then, maybe their contact displayed a little more concern for his well being and ability to tend to business.

UNCIVIL??? Show me uncivil, be specific! There's nothing uncivil about wanting a refund or the product that was promised. If anyone is being uncivil in this matter it's Brillelli. Dick.T what are you waiting on from Brillelli?

Just my opinion but calling the sherriff on a guy who's health and life are in jeopardy and who's parent passes away is over the top and "uncivil". It's a thing called compassion. Just watched a great movie about this subject called "Lars and the Real Girl". One of those feel good kind of movies but probably not for someone who thinks it's each for his own, hates liberal minded people and thinks people should lose their house if they get sick. (on that subject "Sicko" is a great movie too)

Anyways... sorry for the rant but I had to draw the line... as I said above... it's fine to get antsy or nervous - I certainly was, but geesh... plus dumping on Brillelli won't help anyone if he goes out of business... it won't help you get your engine and it just means that the hundreds if not thousands of folks that own his engines will have a tougher time selling their engines and the values won't hold as well... it's a lose lose situation. Put it this way: I never dump on the flight attendents I work with because they bring me my coffee... I prefer mine without spit.

Is there reason for hope? Yes... I got my engine. You'll get yours.

My gut tells me that he's going to recover. And I sure hope so because I love his 60cc engine.

Not only did I call the Sheriff, but I spoke to a Steans County detective. Anyone who wishes to do so may PM me. I'll gladly share what I've learned about Scott E. Further I'm in the process of filing suit against this shameful person who has stole our money and ignored us repeatedly. There is more here with Scott E. than meets the eye. Do your research and find out! Then you'll see that all these little bleeding heart whiners are just completely ignorant. All you bleeding hearts are just cry babies, and someone needs to burp you, ah there now,-that's better isn't it. Now go run along and play in the yard now.

You all have been snowed by the pretense of health and family problems. Scott E. has done something very bad here that you don't know about. C'mon Jake Ruddy, let us in on the scoop man. Your tight with Scott right? Tell us where he's been and what he's done with our money. Tell us the TRUTH. We want the TRUTH. Can't you see it's causing so much strife and controversy here. Business is business and the TRUTH needs to be told.

All you people sticking up for Scott E. well... you are completely ignorant of what Scott's done with our money. All you people with bleeding hearts (and YES it does seem Democrat-like, especially the complete idiots from CA, you truly don't even know what you're commenting on. Guess what!?!? Scott E. has spent our money, and now he can't give refunds because he's spent all of our money!!! When you find out that he's gone under (bankrupt) you'll see.

Dick T. with ModelGraphics is a prime example of a bleeding heart quack. He's just on here to disrupt the real purpose of this thread. He's is not out any money, time or frustration. He's just on here to have something to do. Guess the model graphics business is slow, huh, DICK? Well then order an engine from your favorite company, Brillelli, and let us know how it goes. You see Dick, Scott really dropped the ball here. You can relate to that can't you?

hi,
i am in the third month on an engine aka he has my money. he has done nothing to wrong me as of yet. i may be biased as i have other planes to fly while i wait. talking with scott has been a pleasure for me. to talk with someone with such passion for the sport is a treasure in my soul. not many light up the way he does in a discussion when i call or email to search for answers and suggestions for airframe power. as for the thread and the purpose of it. i feal i have a right to participate in it since i am in the queue for an engine. as far as anyone in my eyes, if i have done business or associated with a person who has been kind and not done me wrong. well, ill stand in that person's corner and back em till i am done wrong. this is my first brilleli and i dont even have it yet so im not even a brillelli fanboi yet. he has done me right so far so ill support him till the time deems i felt i have been done wrong

After you finish stomping around the room, calling in the law, leading the lynch mob and throwing Scott's bones to the dogs to satisfy the rancor displayed here ....everyone who is owed something from Scott can thank you for insuring they will get NOTHING!

Everyone is entitled to attempt a come back from health, family and legal issues. If they give up without trying, shame on them. If forced to give up, shame on you.

You mention in an earlier post a lawsuit is being filed. If so, I suggest you exercise care with information you post here and share with others otherwise Scott can bite your butt in return. Public forums, Email and PM's are great pieces of evidence, are not protected/confidental and are subject to disclosure.

I suspect it is more hot air threats from an angry mind, but if not, be aware of the potential backlash.

If you have actual knowledge/proof of Scott doing something underhanded with everyones money then why not tell us what he did instead of insinuating he did this and that and asking others to state what you already claim to know. If Scott spent money on engine parts for the engine you ordered and has to get that cleared up before issuing a refund, well thats pretty understandable IMO. This was the reason he gave me for the small delay in issuing my refund, wich I have received. If Scott spent the money on hookers and gambling well then that is a bit different. My point is if your going to make negative accusations then at least back them up and tell us what you are actualy accusing him of...

After some deleting and editing, this thread is going to be locked up for a while. Seems a few members didn't heed the request to cool things down, and the name calling got out of hand.
