You cant go wrong with the Futaba 3PM, insane range even with high background RF levels.

Definitely go with the Futaba 3PM, what you are getting for only $189.99 (at TowerHobbies) is ridiculous! [X(] Your servos will work with either radio.

yea get the futaba... when you actualy look at the features of the airtronics radio, its pretty pathetic... its got dual rates, expo, and EPA.... thats it.... The futaba has Timesr, ABS (anti-lock brake), steering wheel tension adjustment, sub trim on all 3 channels ( mx3 only has it on 1 and 2). Programmable Channel mixing, throttle acceleration (for nitro cars, reduces throttle/brake lag), 3 character model naming ( mx3 just shows a number 1-18 for each model)... just to name a few... also, the steering dual rate is more convenient to hit on the futaba ... its right under your left thumb, while on the mx3 its on the top of the radio above the wheel..

I love my 3PM fasst.....

I too recommend the Futaba. The 3PM is a very decent midgrade radio, and since this one comes in 2.4GHz, that makes it all the more better. You will not regret getting it.

Dont get me wrong, the Airtronics one is also a good radio, not as good as 3PM in my opinion, and even if you settle fore that one because it is $50 USD cheaper, that too is a serious upgrade over any crappy RTR radio.
