Newbie - How do I clean my car?
I am a newbie at RC Racing and I was wondering how to clean my car. What solutions should I use and how should I go about doing? The air filter, how do I clean that? And also my engine seems to over heat before I even get half a tank of gas out. Whats my problem? I clean my car with compressed air can and q-tips. Is it typical to get dirt and stuff in the car after racing? Just wondering. Any tips or links would be great? The car is a HPI Nitro RTR 3 RS4.

Newbie - How do I clean my car?
Take out or cover the electronics and soak the whole thing with simple green or denatured alcohol.Use a tooth brush for the really tuff dirt and maybe once a month take the whole car apart and clean the whole thing throughly and re-grease and oil your bearings.

YA! dirts evrywhere just dish soap is good for the airfilter but remember to re-oil it because the old oil is washed away
for the rest of the car windex and paper towls is nice watch out for your reciver and servos
but ya expect many cleaning sessions

Newbie - How do I clean my car?
Also my engine seems to over heat a lot. Is it normal. Now I can't even get half a tank of gas before it over heats. What the f***? Any tips??
