suspension problem
i have a tmax with the aluminum shocks.it has blue integy springs and 60wt oil with 3 hole pistons.my problem is that when i put the truck on the ground it sags..i just finished bleeding the shocks and still the same thing.do i maybe need to rebuild the shocks? also when i push down on the front end it just stays there and the wheels go outwards..the wheels are prolly just turnbuckle adjustment..

You might want a stiffer spring if you stick with those shocks and possibly change the piston to the 2 hole?? Not for sure about that call.

RE: suspension problem
I don't know who made them but I use dark blue springs (stiffest) in the very back. Red (stock) in the next set forward and in the rear set of the front shocks and black springs in the very front. My back end barely "squats" at all on take off and I don't have any problems with sagging. Although, I think i'm changing both sets of red springs to black. I use 60 weight oil because all I do is big jumps and lots of bashing. I'm only using stock Traxxas shocks right now but plan to go to the big bore after I finish robbing a bank so I can say i have a dime to my name! lol

RE: suspension problem
yeah, i was gunna suggest big bore shocks...
I also am using both red in front and 1 red 1 black in the rear... never have any problems, no squat, never bottom out.. and it bounces back up like it should..

RE: suspension problem
I got my black springs at my hobby shop... i think they are just traxxas brand... its been a while since i got them.. but i think they are a little stronger than the red ones, thats why i put them in the rear..
