The Mini Pulse is a great little plane, but I've been recommending the 3DHS Extra SHP to my graduated students who are learning aerobatics. With our sport setup it is extremely gentle and forgiving, yet it is still capable of every conventional manuever. With a more aggressive setup it is a world class 3D planes, and on 4s batteries it becomes a monster.

Worth notinhg is all my students who have gotten this plane have improved their skills very rapidly, much moreso than other new pilots flying something else. One of them is flying very nearly as well as I am, and it won't be long before I am learning from him.

Anyway, here is the report we did on the Extra SHP set up for sport flying. Later this month we have a report coming that will show you how to take the SHP sport, change the setup, and learn to fly 3D with it too.
