Default Good Bashing In Northern Colorado

Ok I had my truck and all of my stuff loaded in my car today with the plans of going to Hobbytown USA in Longmont to drive on the track that is in the back. I found out it was closed due to some city problems. I never get to drive it because it seems that every time I plan do play around I spend so much time driving around that I either run out of daylight or just get sick of looking. Anyways where is a good place to go? I love the BMX track in Ft Collins but I don't like all the kids crying because I am on "their" track. HELP please.

I stopped at the longmont store this summer and they told me that the car lot behind them was making them close the racetrack because it made their cars dusty and that it bothered their customers. Which doesnt really make sense when they raced on Sundays and the car lot was not even open for bussines.
Dont feel bad, if you think you dont have options, come east and see how bad it is!!

There was a homemade BMX track right here in our "Community" for the past 15 or so years. It was on an old empty lot where the builders would deposit unused fill dirt. Over the years, scores of kids made one heckuva track!!! It's HUGE!!! And there was never any problems sharing the track between bikers and RC'ers, always plenty of room for all. Well, the Association decided that kids and adults having a place to have fun was out of the question. As of last week, they fenced it all in and put No Trespassing signs all over the place. It's really too bad. Those kids worked their butts off to make a great play area, and it gets closed down. Thats progress for ya.
Oh well, we'll exact our revenge by tearing the ballparks to pieces with our RC's.

I think when we find a good place we need to just share the spots around here.

Blackhawk/Central City. There's a bunch of abandoned parking lots with piles of pulverized asphalt.
