I've got a Cooper short pipe that will work on that header, it is the only one that I know of. If the header is warped then your out of luck though. QD makes a wrap forward pipe that works good too. Pipes inside the hull make a lot of heat, you really need a lot more airflow to keep the pipe inside. I run alloy headers and never had one melt or crack yet. [8D]

Since you guys are talking about engine mods I saw a SS full mod motor this weekend that had window cut outs all over the motor case was kinda cool looking I know it does not make the motor faster but it will lighten it up.

It's going in my 60" mono (titan) I was just trying to get a few more kph out of it!
cut outs all over motor case?? can you get any photot's of that it doesn't sound wright
In the rear view you can see a gash in gel coat that is from a mate deciding he wanted to use my boat as a jump

Don't worry mart there will be video I'm still waiting for missus to have this kid then i'm back on the water almost about to get the kids blow up pool out
One thing I do have to is make up some new engine mounts the last ones I was using broke so a new and inproved version is in order

Will other cyclinders fit the Zenoah case? (Quick Draw, SS, others?)
And if so is the exhaust and intake bolt pattern the same?

umm ss is a zenoah cylinder thats been ported, and yes it will fit just like any other ported zenoah cylinder
i dont think qd cylinders fit though
