rechargable batteries?!?!
what's the difference between the Ni-cd and Ni-md's
THe ni-md are more expensive.. but are they worth it???
and do you think i should for these
http://www.batteries-on-line.co.uk/u...hbatteries.htm
Uniross AA 1.5V Photo (1.2V- 1700mAh) it says for high drain devices.. so i reckon my servo's could use these... might last a bit longer..
what do you think....

Yes, NimH mean you can charge the battery when u like or using half way. as for Nicd, you need to discharge it first before you recharge because it have memory inside there. Your servo need 6V to last more longer for your season out there.

Those will work just fine.
The NiMh batteries don't have a "memory" like the NiCd.
This means they don't have to be drained to be recharged.
They will also last longer and are better for the environment believe it or not.
I believe the NiCd provides a little more power though.
eBay is a good place to score cheap batteries.

rechargable batteries?!?!
Hey guys I got a question for you. Say I used a charger with no peak detection, and I bought a pack and charged per the directions(timed it). If i went and used it would I charge it the same amount of time or would that overcharge the pack since it would still have some juice in it???? O yea im talking about nimh packs

Nitro....More than likely you will over charge it. When you charge it next time you may have to watch it and check it often for temps. When a battery is peaked it will be a hint warm. Don't over charge them though because the nimh batteries are more fragile than Nicd.
