I have a TC4 and I have an extra VXL and esc. When I try and install it the shaft seems to long and the motor may be to wide. Has anyone done this that can share with me what they did and what gearing they used. I have a few 2s 6000 lipos that I will use as well.

I did it on a tt-01, had to cut into the chassi with a dremel and remove the back cover.
