I don't subscribe to any RC magazines, I feel they're just a bunch of noobish articles and a bunch of AE ads lol.
Anyway, the poster seems good but I prefer single car ones to decorate my workshop. Plus I REALLY don't like that Proline Baja truck body

I too dont subscribe to any mags, I simply buy them off the shelves.
My favored RC mag is XRC, I really love teh engine reviews they do, I hope they get back on track again, their engine reviews are now the best ever since EB left RC Driver and BK quit doing teh XRC engine articles.

I hate all of them, besides one..
R/C Car (R/C Driver is "ok)... Every thing els is junk...
RC Action is horrible and XRC is the worst thing I have read R/C related. I have had a subscription to R/C Car for a while, don't think I am renewing though.

I have R/C Driver. But I would prefer Extreme RC. I normally just brose thru the pages, but what I really like is when a mamgazine does a page on one of my tracks! It makes me feel special or something! Like I read an article a couple months ago, and on the back page ithere was something about a new track, OCRC is opeaning. 6 months back, there was a page on the ROAR Nationals hosted by Thunder Alley. I subscribed to RC Car Action, XRC and RC Driver. I think RC Driver is one of the better mags. But I think XRC and Car Action do a good job. Some articles are just funny and others help with tips/tricks. But the OVERALL BEST is......................RCU. Nothing can beat being able to jump online and chat with all you guys about ANYTHING RC. Good Stuff.

Each mag has its own little special thing, I like R/C CAR for its vintage column each month.

Some people are just angry, some people don't like certain things. I always find it funny that forums which are littered with ads and filled with people who really ask the same questions over and over, and people who don't really know things giving advice are sometimes deemed a better opinion than somebody who does it for a living.
I always say I think a persons opinion is just as valuable as mine, but I do think that since i've been doing this since I've been 12 (21 years now) that I can be trusted a little more than the average poster on a forum. There are lots of people who give good information, but the day somebody tries to discredit a person who works at a magazine because simply they "suck" or some other childish reason, I usually consider them to be ignorant.
There are many opinions out there, and like the old saying goes opinions are like a-holes everybody has them. You just might want to pick which A-hole you listen to for better reasons.

I'm not trying to bash anybody's opinion or change it. I just always laugh at comments that really are just not well thought out. The internet is a great place, lots of information and lots of people. But there is lots of bad information and people who give out bad information in an attempt to look better. It's much easier to say "magazines suck" than it is to have an intelligent conversation about magazines, media and all other forms..which includes the internet. I can give many reasons why some magazines are valuable and why, and also why the internet is valuable. Other people chose to be 5 years old.

Wish I could say I work for a RC mag or even a RC company. I really enjoy the hobby and wish I could afford to open my own RC Shop. That would be ****. Wake up, go to work and play. I like getting all the kids in the neighborhood into rc. They see my cars/trucks/heli's and they wanna play. I wish I could afford to get them into it. Maybe one day I'll hit the lotto...........
