Default Tyre additive

i have a set of carpet draggons and two sets of soft slick ( not sure what the are)
could anyone recommend any particular additive and if possible leave a link

I think he means 'additive' as in, a solution used to make tires/tyres have more grip.

at my club they just call it additive i supose that i should have been more specific.
so if anyone could recommend me some of that and if possible leave a link id appreiciate it
