It appears to be a Stryker 41 rip-off. The ads are a little hard to believe, especially speed-wise. If I had one the first thing that I'd toss out the window is the bottom-of-the-line Futaba AM radio, it doesn't belong in a gas boat. The throttle linkage is really weak also, the thing isn't going to turn well to the right.

If you were trading for one you're better off hanging on to your X-Ray. The boats are disappointments. Notice the inconsistancy in the photos on the site. That's telling me that you don't know what you're getting for sure. If the person that wanted to trade with you didn't provide any more than pictures from a site, I'd really be leery.
