Need your opinions again for my next rc car!!
What do you guys think i should get as my next car last time you guys helped me decide on the mmgt 3.0 which turned out great so i need your valued opinions again. Here are the choices: CEN Racing CT-5 Subaru Impreza RTR , Associated Nitro TC3 RTR Plus, Ofna 1/8 Hyper 7 TQ Black RTR .21 Hyper , or the new revo mini vxl. Im looking to spend around the 300 dollar area or lower. I would like to try an on road car but i dont know if it will be suitable for me but if you guys have any recommendations let me know please and let me know which of these cars is the best bet and maybe a little bit of a why or why not thing going. Thanks much appreciated.

I heard the NTC3 breaks easily. I wouldn't chance the CEN. I heard the RS4 is pretty good and I'm unsure about the Mini E-Revo. I would also go with the Hyper 7.

No. Just those on-roads. But I have both and I find off-road to be the most fun. All I really use the on-road for is something to go REALLY fast.

The NTC3 is great for playing around, but on-road is limited to just that....on-road..... Off-road vehicles can be used on either surface and usualy offer a lot more "bang for the buck". That being said, I don't like traxxas, so I would go with the hyper 7 since it's a damn good buggy for either bashing or racing at the club level and is easy to find parts for. Thats just my opinion tho.

well i run on-road and i love it. well i have a NTC3 its a good car. the car is fine for high speed passes even mild racing. the car used to be very competitive on the track but no longer is(that's why i said mild racing). it used to be a good racer so it has a lot of adjustments to get it to handle how you want. but it is a bit on the weak side so if you hit that wall something will break. if you dont crash it should be just fine.
i have a friend that has a RS4 evo .. ntc3 much better (sorry HPI guys but its true) i wouldnt buy the cen just becouse if you want to race the whole car is built around this huge engine and you will have to change a lot of things to be a able to run a legal .12 engine.
if you dont want to just do high speed passes maybe buy some small comes and make a little track in an empty parking lot (if you dont have a track near by)
most people here dont run onroad so you may feel in the minority other forums are the other way around... just want to let you know (why people arent too fond of onroad here) i would say try onroad whats the worst that could happen.. you might end up liking onroad???

Around 40.
But I had to LOL at this, I hear this is bad, I heard this good, so from what I have heard I would go with this. but I have not seen or driven any of the cars.

I have an NTC3, and a Hyper 7, and have owned an RS4 Evo, and well The RS4 got sold, just not as much bang for buck as the NTC3. I have an OS .18 engine in the NTC3 and it runs like a madman on crack, crazy quick, and has fully adjustable drivetrain out of the box, whereas the RS4 you have to buy all the hopups to be able to make the same adjustments, so on road I highly recommend the NTC3+ (the + has all graphite upper chassis). Now the Hyper 7 is an awesome and fun Buggy for sure, and screams for a single speed does well on the street, and is a dream on a track, and also has a host of hop ups available. if you are looking into getting an off road vehicle the Hyper 7 is a sure bet to happiness.
