Daniel, Did you do the mod's to the S254, what speeds do you think they are running? They look like the are flying and the boat looks sweet, can't ask for more than that.

Yes the engine is one of my full mod's it was running 63-64mph. Think we had a X472 prop for break-in. That was one of first couple runs.

Very Nice, Motors sound real strong, I will be intrested in what they will run after broke in with the best props. Keep us posted.

Looks good Daniel how about some pics and explanations on you mods or is it a secret ,ive heard great things about the modded rcmk.How would you rate them over a modded zenoah,cheers.By the way when i say explanations im thinking the fools guide to modding .

Breakin ... my primary S-254 has @ 2 gallons run so far and the ring is still not seated completely .... Thinking very seriously about pulling the top end and installing a Zenoah ring ?
* case in point being my second S-254 has a Vented Zenoah piston in it and only been run @ 6 tanks so far and has MUCH MORE compression .. go figure ?

I know Scott took the time to make a nice how to on Model Gas Boats site for the RCMK engine.
