RE: 55ax
Tower Hobbies has them. I got a 14x6 S2 for my Saito 82 also. It likes that a lot..... was using a 14x4W APC and you'd think that S2 prop would be too much for it but for some reason the way the S2's are made they load the engines differently. Same goes for the APC vs S2 on the 55AX's.... the 13x6 S2 works like a charm.
You can always have your LHS order a couple of them for you. The price is nice compared to the APC W ones also.

RE: 55ax
You are the only one. Many would argue the 55AX is the best 50-60 size 2-stroke on the market.
Unreliable usually points to the glow plug or air in the fuel from vibration. The stock muffler, while a bit heavy is very good.
13x4 IS the prop for 3D below 2000'ASL.
Here is a guy that can prove it. I don't have any video of mine.

RE: 55ax
That's actually a Chinn Yak but it isn't the plane that makes that video great. It's Dave's thumbs.
Mostly it was to point out that a 55AX with a 13x4 is a great way to go on a 40 size 3D machine in the 4lb. zone.
