RE: 41% extra
I maiden mine today and it flew really well. Not one click of anything for straight and level flight. It seems to pull left on up-lines and I'm thinking maybe a washer or extra right thrust. DA-150 on cans, pull pull with 2 - 7955's and one per elevator half and I had to use the rear wing tube to balance.

RE: 41% extra
finally got a break in the weather. got 5 flights in today. all went smooth except for a piece of covering on the bottom that came off. it needs a touch more right and down thrust, but it flys super smooth. all stock except for the graphics

Hey Bobt2, so which club and where's the field? I belong to Whitman flyers and the L.I.A.R.S. and neither is really great for flying our type of stuff, I'm kind of interested in other options. Thanks for the feedback.

RE: 41% extra
Thanks for the response it seems like thats the common problem on L.I. Can't wait to finally pack it in and move somewhere with more open space and better year round flying weather, 40 deg on April 12 just doesn't cut it anymore. I am going to try to work on a permit for Ceder Creek soon though. Flew there last summer at one of the GS fly ins and had a nice time. I fly a 50cc WH suk and presently trying to finish up a WH 35% Edge so maybe we'll get a chance to meet up.

RE: 41% extra
my continuing quest for perfect imac trim, i have found 1 wing panel weighs 3 oz more than the other. when rolling inverted, 1 wing always dropped.back home on the scale showed the difference. i added the 3 oz at the middle servo cutout that is not being used.

RE: 41% extra
This past weekend was the Polar Bear IMAC here in the North West, my first try in Sportsman. The WH had 16 flights before the contest. I finished 5th out of 11 in Sportsman and won the Seniors. The plane is flying good. and I had a lot of people stopping to tell me how good it looked.

Is there any news on this airframe or a future 41%?

The plane remains viable, it's a great flying airplane, but the market right now does not justify the investment.
Maybe when the economy picks up.
