<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">I am having problems with the vibration from the DA-85, I re glowed everything and everything great so far, except the cowl, after cutting around the muffler, for some weird reason, still touching the cowl, any advice ?</div>

the muffler still touches cowl? Well cut away(Dremel) more till it doesnt touch. Pics would help

You need bigger bolt on the cowl. I also added a foam support at the front for better support.

I have heard that the DA 85 is a vibrator, any truth to that
