Default Red hud projector lenses

Just curious, Is there a reason that the ARF kits always seem to come with the hud projector lenses painted red?

Cooler looking???? Hmmm ok. kinda cheesy looking to me, I guess thats because in the real planes they usually have a slight green or yellow tint, but are mainly clear. Ive noticed that on most of the china kits, regardless of the company, they have chosen to paint them bright blood red for some strange reason.

Hello Bob. Yes, about 8-10 flights on it so far. Look like we may be out on Saturday.

Hope you are feeling well.

The ARFs are made in China but the cockpit kits are made in Japan.
