unfortunatly I have discovered that the VXL  was not designed for the E-maxx. Also the mambas warrenty is void if you plasti dip it. i have done extensive searching for somethiig that will work. Even called Traxxas.

Yea, hopefully. Why aren't the brushless systems waterproof? Never quite found out. Anyway, I'm probly gonna order a mamba monster and get two turnigy 5000 mah 2s lipos for it. It'll be pretty sweet by the time I get done with it.

Shultze makes a waterproof brush/brushless controller for 1/10th scale cars. They produced it like 8 years ago(I bought it when it first came out) Then anoter company made all there brushless escs waterprrooof(but didnt make one big enough for 1/8th scale) The technology has been out for a while but other than exotic escs big esc are new. So it might take a little while for them to be waterproof. Hopefully it will be sooner than later. If ones comes out I know I would buy it in a heart beat

THAT WOULD BE AWSOME! I would love to have a big waterproof brushless esc.
