Default Help with this e-maxx

Ok which one is it and what would I need to do to get it to run. All the driveshafts are in and tranny is intact.

I wanna say this is a 3906?? I dont need it to be super fast and I'm on a budget so what is my best route to go.

In other words what will I need should I go brushless? if so what would I need to do that turnkey? if I go with the twin motors what will I need to do that turnkey? I do have a radio but what else? Also I'm planning on extending the chassis 5 " and extending the front drive shaft to do that.

Here is the pics.

looks to me you only need esc, motors and radio system. dont know if i would go brushless with that one though. hit up ebay for an EVX2 and the twin titans, pinion gears and motor mount screws. you said you have a radio so looks like that is it and you are set.

Thanks Man. I have another really stupid question I'm getting a E-MAXX / E-REVO 16.8V EVX-2 SPEED CONTROL ESC so which motors do I have a choice or does it need to be the 16.8v motors only?

I guess what I'm asking is what motors are in the limits? It must be 16.8 Volts? Sorry I'm kinda new to this. Kershaw is to expensive for what I'm doing I will probably just get some used motors of ebay.

You can always get a titan 775 for around 35 bucks. They improve run time and are more torquey.

i put the titan in my 3906 , i love it !!!! you could get a 12v dewalt motor too.
either way your going to need a speed controller. the truck came with a
novak built evx speed control that was made for 14.4 v between two battery pack,s .
there is a lot better now a days but they are more money also!!!
