Default New Blade 400 frustrations

I just bought a Blade 400 from RedRockHobbies. It's impressive little machine to look at. Now, I've found that the transmitter has never been setup properly by the factory. I was under the impression that it would be setup and trimmed out-of-the box. After I learned to use the DX6 transmitter, I discovered that it was set on 90% swash; all the servos were set on normal (vs reverse), which is contrary to the manual's instructions: and the swashplate mixing was not as prescribed in the manual.

I've set up everything according to the manual. Now, the swashplate is level (as described) the throttle/pitch and the rudder control move in the correct direction. However, the right stick is completely reversed. Airleron and elevator move in the opposite direction. I've tried every combination of servo reversing, and have not found the solution. It's as if the right-hand transmitter stick is doing the complete opposite of what it's supposed to do. I'll call the factory customer-service on Monday, but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks
