JTEC DA 50 wrap around cracked
After about 45hrs of flight time my wrap around has developed a crack just forward of the front mount screw on the inside, manafold side. Normal wear out item??? The engine and muffler have never been subject to a crash, and I am very careful not to over tighten when mounting. I can provide pictures if you would like.

Send it in and let us see it. We will be glad to fix it and return it. Check to make sure you did not overtighten the muffler. You can do that with a straight edge. If it is a warranty issue we will be happy to fix it under our warranty policy. If the header has not been bent it is a quick fix.
Lets see what the problem is and get you fixed up
We will be out of the office at Joe Nall until the 17th
