help me set up my stampede
i have an older stampede that is for my son.i replaced a few parts on it.firebolt 15t motor(540er),tazer 15t esc,4500mah 7.2 6-cell ni-mh battery,and a 15-87 gearing.the problem is the esc is getting supper hot.what can i do to fix this.

i would try a bigger spur gear or a smaller pinion....another thing is ur pushing the esc to the limit...15turn esc and ur runnin a 15t motor...which is fine u just gotta find the right gearing or ur gonna smoke ur esc
