It is amazing to me that you could not find the forums. ONE CLICK, and you are in the forums with the old format, and a new look. Once again, the forums and galleries are COMPLETELY FREE.

Usagi, I get the feeling that it will start on the first of August, as this is when the 14 day "ree use of the marketplace" tarts.

in the new rcu you dont get a gallery unless you pay like $1.95 a month

Also, the forums as you will see can be reached from a giant navigation link or the extremely prominent icons on the homepage. I'm sure if you spend 10 seconds looking at the page you will find how to get to our new forums. They are free. Also in the first launch the post buttons and some other things weren't in place but rest assured it will look and feel just like RCU does now except it will have a few extra bells and whistles that have been requested.
