The top of the picture and servo show the top view.

The middle of the picture shows the side view geometry.

Both the aileron horn and the servo arm are carbon fiber rod of approximately .98 mm. Length is 2 1/2 for the servo arm and 1 1/4 for the aileron horn. The horn is mounted slightly forward so that the hinge line and the shrink tubing (hinge that joins the aileron pushrod and control arm) are vertically aligned. The geometry is such that the extra "up" aileron throw from the vertical geometry is almost totally offset from the "down" aileron offset from the sideways geometry.
