Tower hobbies Nitro ST-15. Never could get the thing to run right. I was young then though, and just bough the cheapest thing i could find. It was a learning experience without a doubt. My 2nd hobby r/c was a kit Traxxas Stampede. Built it myself on the kitchen table. Had a LOT of good times with that thing

You and I are from the same era. My 1st Rc was a Trixter Beam Citizenship single channel, rubber powered escapment and a K&B 15 or 19. Everything was hand launched back then. I also built a lot of DeBolt products i.e. Trainer, Champion, Cruiser.

1961 Midwest Esquire ( not the glider ) W/ Veco .19, Pioneer CW rec and an F&M Tx. Varacomp escapement, Rudder only. It got out of range and flew away !

My first RC was a Losi JRX-T 2 or 3years ago. I didn't know anything about RC and it destroyed itself a week later ( no replacement parts).A week laterI bought an XXX-T and about 10 Traxxas and Duratrax RCs of of Craigslist. I sold all of them at the beginning of this year and bought a Baja 5B, Slash 4x4, Losi 8ight 2.0, Savage XL and Savage X.


I am now down to my 8ight 2.0 and my Savage XL as well as a few helis. After having so many RCs at one time, I am now in the mindsetthatless is more!

my first hobby grade the kyosho big brute then got the usa1 an double dare an the highrider vette god i miss them.had sevral losi an associated cars an trucks aswell
