Jack answered the shower question, I just wanted to add that there is space in the terminal building for a few people to sleep on the floor (in the warm), if you have an inflatable mattress you would be golden, we also have a two portable cots that could be setup, just another option to consider

I tried to do a few grass taxi tests with the T-45... and had a couple flame outs. After investigating... it looks like there is air in the fuel. The header tank is a brand new Hanson super trap. (Hummmmm??)
Anyway... I think I'm just going to remove the header, and put a felt clunk in the main tank. (Actually the way it says to do it in the Wren book) That should drop the overall weight by 4 or 5 oz anyway.
I have a customers boat to work on today... but I'll do the conversion later, and give it a test.

Sorry we will miss you Bob, someone else will have to use the flight line for a nap!
Got both engines running on the Rafale last night, even got the wing pins and locking screws done. (might need that minor thing too). The brakes were leaking, so I put a Jettronics valve on them and that is done. Taxi test tonight.
Weather is looking the best it has. Hope the forecast becomes reality. I'll start packing up the trailer tonight!

Hi Guys,
The weather forecasters say it looks like Thurs thru Sunday are going to be some of the nicest flying days of Fall. Anyone camping should bring your warm jackets with you as the evenings will be cold and the days reaching a pleasent mid to upper 60's & mostly sunny. We have a great Harvest moon on order for the evening also. Winds still are going to be light and mostly straight down the runway from the North. If that holds as true, we will be doing a left to right pattern. There has been some slight changes in leaf colors of fall, maybe by Sat there will be more.
Looking forward to a great & fun event!
