Default RE: Foiler - new funfly design

About 7 years ago,I acquired an almost finished Foiler and plans from a friend.I finished it and dropped an ASP .60 on it.No offense Mr. Tanzer, but this plane was cosmetically challenged. On the upside,it was one of the best fun-fly planes I have ever flown!!Even a rookie could Knife this baby from one end of the field to the other! It had no bad characteristics what-so-ever.It really is a great design and hats off to you.My plane became a misfortune of radio failure and was a total loss.I will always miss that plane ALOT,as it ranks right up there with the Astro-Hog in my book, and would beat the hog hands down in slow flight.I still have the plans and hopefully will develop the skills and time to get another one up and flying.
