i used a peak charger and charged it at 1000 Mah. It says in the manual if you do not have a wall charger, a peak charger can be used. I'm sure it's no battery problem, as the 5955s work fine and the 5645s can be moved with the manul test function.
So i didn't form charge the battery. im sure i put at least 800 Mah into it.

Well then a trickle charge overnight would be a viable alternative to the hot peak charge in any event. I have never tried to peak charge my programmers, many users have complained they were unable to discharge their programmers to cycle the battery without removing it from the case (thus the diode comment). The Programmers were updated about a year ago maybe I missed this information...
