Buy a QD hot pipe with 2 5/8'' flex. Try a 6518/3, 6717/3. Next leave the 257 Walbro on there and set the low needle to 2 1/2 and the high needle at 1. Also, run 10oz per gallon of Honda hp2. This should take care of all your issue's.
