I have to agree with Webdr here, you can't expect any company large or small to respond to an email on a Saturday. And as for the shipping, many smaller sites don't have the proper calculations for international shipping since they don't deal with it as often, if you give them a few business days to respond you should be able to get an accurate quote.

Yea, I was pretty sarcastic, I apoligize.
No Im not affiliated with them, but I did write the review for the box, and its an innovative product for sure.
I bet you, if you really want the box and can deal w/ a long distance phone call, they may work something out if you call them monday. Some companies will look beyond shipping rules if you ask nicely. On the other hand, they may not, but youll never know if you dont ask.

There are some guys I race with that have too much stuff to fit into a box. A few of them have small enclosed moving trailers they've modded into a moving RC work area on wheels. Pull out generators, A/C unit on top, good lighting, work benches, the whole 9 yards.

First of all, my first email to them was on Tuesday at around noon so that was 3.5 BUSINESS days to respond. Why are you guys so stuck on Saturday? I sent a second email on Friday and ya, I don't expect a response to that one on a saturday but my point was I never got a response to my first one.
IF they aren't willing to respond to an email why should I pay the long distance to call them internationally? Like I said, email.... 1 minute and free, call them and it's 5 minutes of MY TIME and MY long distance bill.
What proper calculations? Shipping to Canada and Mexico are based solely on weight, which they should have in order to calculate shipping within the US anyway (if they don't know the weight of their product then they are in real trouble).
Again, all I'm hearing are excuses. In my line of work, I do a lot of external and internal customer service, if I hadn't at least acknowledged that I had received a request within 3.5 business days then I'd expect that person to be upset.... don't tell me you guys think it's ok, cause if you do then you're two of the most laid back guys I have ever heard of.
Beyond that, while it does look like a nice product, it really doesn't look much better than my Plano 777 which I got locally for less. I'm not sure it's even worth this much discussion.

Shipping to Canada is of course more expensive but not outrageous. I have shipped them to Canada and Europe as well without any issues.
