The TRF 416 is very delicate and beautiful piece of machine indeed
Im not sure how durable it is, but you dont want to be abeginner smashing it up.

RE: 1/10 On-Road 4WD Car?
My only on-road is a TB-02, unless you count my M chassis, but that's a mini. Not as advanced as the other stuff in here, but it certainly works pretty well. I've rolled it and beat it up pretty bad just doing laps in crumbling parking lots. Mine is running the stock Porsche body it came with, but I modified it with Tamiya black mesh wheels from the Courage kit, and HPI x-patterns.
Pretty basic electronics: Old Tower Hobbies System 3000 AM rx, Futaba S3003 servo, and of course the TEU-101BK ESC driving a silvercan. I spend most of my time off road, so those get the more advanced components.
I've had issues with rocks getting caught between the chassis and driveshaft, which is why there are silver bands running along it. Some of the cuts are quite deep. Only other issue I've had is with tiny rocks and sand getting in between the pinion and spur. Both are pretty chewed up now, so much that the noise from the gear mesh approaches the volume level of a nitro. Not sure why the front dogbone is all rusted, but it probably has something to do with my friend crashing it into a puddle of salty runoff water.

RE: 1/10 On-Road 4WD Car?
Hi everyone,
I`am new to this rc cars world and i`am very excited and really interested in starting out and as i`am competitive by nature want to start with what i think is a 1/10 touring car for races.
I have read some very good things about the Associated TC4 RTR and it seems that allot of drivers are very satisfied with this car.
I really like the Team Magic E4JR RTR but i can`t seem to find any information about this car and it seems like it`s not available for purchase in the States can you guys help me out with info regarding this car like:Availability,Performance,Quality,Parts etc.
Why is it soo dificult too find info regarding availability of this nice looking car?.I went to their website and couldn`t find this particular car, what happend they didn`t turn out soo good as prescribed?.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Greg.

For the price of a tc4 I would get a Tamiya ta05 ver2.

They have durability issues. But most rc cars do
http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...agic-e4js.html a good thread to read about the car.
Im not sure that team magic makes cars anymore.
