RE: After Break-in what do you get?
My experience has been that fully cowled engines many times are in need of baffling or better baffling, Extras, Edges etc. the engines may not be running so hot that they fail but more performance and engine life can be had with better air flow management.

I have read over and over that people changed oil brands or oil ratios and said their engine runs way better, more power etc. Or the opposite, they run worse. What I think happens in almost every case is that they simply changed their mixture with the oil content and didn't realize it. They should be re-tuning their needles anytime their oil changes...as others have mentioned here.
Much of peoples woes come from bad tuning and/or poor cooling. And yes tune your needles properly and the Walmart stuff will work just fine.

x amount of air takes y amount of hydrocarbons. If you reduce the oil percentage you are increasing the amount of hydrocarbons going in because the needle is going to let the same volume of fluid pass, but the fluid now contains less oil and more fuel. The needles need to be adjusted any time the oil percentage is changed. It has been proven on the dyno time and again the oil seals the rings, and to a point more oil will make more power.
