I have always wondered what the fascination of Crawling was. With driving an electric (my CORR truck) at some constructions sites i now know what the deal is. It is so much fun trying to get it to climb hills an go over obstacles at lower speeds, and my ears arent ringing after.lol. Just wondering if a Crawler is mainly geared for low speed high torque or can you drive them offroad with some speed too?

low speed and high torque, if the trigger is too touchy, you will flip it over.

By "good" one can only assume cheap in price. Of course that's all that really matters to make a sale, since most American consumers are stupid and easily drawn in with a low price tag.

No, by good, he means himoto makes good QUALITY RC's at a price that is AFFORDABLE to the masses. Doesn't matter if your American, European, Asian, African, Middle Eastern or any other Ethnicity or where you are from.

Also, I am American and dont really appreciate being called stupid along with many members of this support forum.[>:][:@]

I didn't say you were stupid. I said most consumers in America were. If you want to include yourself into that category of people who buy something strictly base on a low price, then that's your choice.

So Kitsune......

By your own Logic.....

All the people who bought Traxxas Stampedes instead of Tmaxx's must be Stupid.....

And what about all those folks who bought Losi Aftershocks instead of LST2's........

You should be more thoughtful about your statements. Your Logic is Thin at best....

If you have something constructive to say,,,,then Do so.....
If, as I suspect, you just wish to Rattle our Cage because you have an Axe to Grind against Himoto,,,,Then Take a Hike![sm=rolleyes.gif]

Then why is it that so many people have no jobs? It's because all the jobs we (Americans) used to do are sent overseas since it can be done cheaper there. It may help the big shot white collar workers who decide these things, but it sure doesn't help the poor Joe that looses the job. I could go on, but this is an area for "RC" discusions, not economy ones. Also I'd apreciate it if you don't use "WTH", this is a site with young people on it.

That is your own interpretation of what he meant. He made no solid statements against any company. So if you feel that it was refferring to Traxxas or Losi fans, that is your own opinion. As far as his logic goes, you've yet to disprove it.

This is a free place for discussion. If you don't like what he says, then perhaps you should ignore him. Everone has a right to his or her opinion and that includes him.

In all honesty, you would have a very hard time finding an rc that was made in the USA (along with tv's, cell phones and many other electronic items). Dont get me wrong, i would love to see more products made in the USA but thats not the case and as you have stated, this is not the place to discuss politics but things are cheaper now then they were 20 years ago and that is what is letting more people get into the hobby and since i have been in the hobby for a long time, i find this to be a very good thing.

Let's all calm down and stick to the original topic. I'm certain everyone is aware of the policies regarding discussions here. Keep it civil and all can benefit. The thread has been edited to remove irrelevant bickering.

Thank you.

You need to take your own advise and ignore me. Since when is WTH something wrong. You will hear worse on tv or radio. So please do not lecture or police me. Good day sir.
