YES!! My ISOBAR is sitting on my bench with wires hanging out of it. Engine is mounted, I'm a few days away from TAXI tests. If all goes well, I'll first flight it this weekend. I have another KANGAROO RTF. Got another third scale plane, but need a bigger engine than my G-62 so I won't be working on that for a couple of months till I can get a BME 102. It's been a rough few weeks in that I got that Turbine bug, burned 31 gallons of JETA and then whammo, I'm out of commision. Anyhow, I should be back in the air in the next few days. Thanks again! Sean

mark the fuse and cut out where the ply rails will fit down into the fuse. I got too aggressive when trimming the fuse lip and made it too thin so I will add a crossmember behind the tub.

I shimmed the parts in the wing to ensure the wing was properly aligned with the fuse. I inserted T-pins at the end of each ply part to ensure they don't get pushed too far into the wing as I pushed the wing onto the fuse.

When I was satisfied with the wing alignment, I glued in the spars, carbon pins and ply parts using 9462 and added the top wing skin shucks and added weights.

I chose to make the hinge rod removable from the top of the fin so I clamped the rudder in place and pushed the hinge rod through the robart hinges I glued into the rudder and through the foam in the fin until it came out of the top

with the hinge pin still in place I sharpened one end of the outer sheath of a dubro throttle cable and worked it into the foam toward the rudder

When drilling the fin I had to use an even thicker piece to get the jig almost straight across to be able to drill the holes at each end of the fin

Hi
I have got my Avonds F15 complete, now putting scale detail on. Does anyone know where I can get a "killer Cockpit" for this Jet. I have tried Avonds but discontinued. Help, shame to do all that detailing without some where to sit!!
