I have installed baffles but am interested in augmenting the air exit. Not planning smoke but I am at the point were I can assemble the aircraft and get an aproximate weight

How did this plane fly with this dle 40 I am thinking of putting 1 in a 88 inch extra 300 because I don't do 3d just sport fly

Hi Guys. I have been working for a long time on this microlite project. Made all of the jigs etc and will be fitting the DLE 40 onto it. The frame was completed today and weighs 3,50 Kg. The wingspan will be 3M. I have used mainly 1/2" aluminium tubing and the boom is a 1" dia.
