Hi,
Falcon spinner screws are M2.5x6 .
M2 size screws are widely available, however 2 mm long ones are quite special. You may need to get longer screws and shorten them e.g. with Dremel.
In the US metric screws are not that common but you find M2 screws in well equipped hobby shops selling RC helicopters like Amain Hobbies or Anything Heli. Lynx has M2x3 button head screws, but availability in the US could be poor.

Something that struck my mind is that the AVR screw might also be M2.2 . That is actually a relatively common thread size too.
You should check the thread outer diameter with a caliper to be sure. In metric threads the nomination comes from outer diameter & pitch, e.g. M8x1 (where 8 is outer diameter and 1 is pitch in mm´s). In standard threads (not fine etc.) pitch is omitted. To make make a little less clear the screws are described by thread x length (e.g M5x20). The outer diameter is normally sligthly less than nominal value (0-5 % less).
Some servo screws may also be suitable for your needs. Esp. KST micro servos have M2.2 screws.
In the first picture you will see 2 Falcon spinner screws (M2.5x6), 3 KST servo screws (M2.2x5) and a single M2x5 screw.
In the second pic there is a Robbe servo accessories bag with 2 M2x5 screws.

Hi again ini. Your above recommendations have really opened up my choices. Next I will carefully recheck the measurements of the screws with my digital caliper and narrow down my search. I felt certain these sizes were available somewhere but, the search is not always easy. Thanks again.

I started with 0.7° wing incidence, relative to the Stab
I decided to increase to 0.9° for tail attitude
Easy task to be accurate with CK AERO - BRYAN HEBERT tools
Problem now, I have to adjust the down thrust ...
I will check the CG too, after the chat I had with BJ
My initial CG was in fact too far back
240 to 245 mm seems to be an optimum CG with a wing incidence close to 1°

on high rudder requeries little bit of the same direction aileron.
the spins are different but now i am starting to like it, rolls are very good, and the way that the plane draw the lines is the one of the best things that it has.
final weight 4.900 grams with pletty, d3, TP6000 mah, mks 737 on wings, 747 on rudder,hv69 on stabs.

48 flights on it, started with 220 mm from the Leading edge, now i am in some point arround 245mm.

the incidences of the stabs are fixed, i assume the stabs at Zero and then measure all from this ( tcan, motor, and wings) motor: -2, or 2 of DT; wings +0.7; Tcan +0.5.
havent asked for the tcan brake, isnt any interest for me, but will ask BJ about it and let you know.

Thanks for doing this build thread and initial flight trimming information. I found your information useful and helpful in completing my Epilogue ARC version. We are having great spring-like weather currently here in SE Texas. I plan to maiden it soon.

This is the 2nd project using Wings West. Having limited experience painting I look for a paint system where I could buy small quantities that match Monokote. The added plus is being able to reach out to the seller who is an RC modeler for tips and advice. After shooting color I wish I would have spent more effort sanding to achieve a smoother surface before applying the clearcoat, however, I am very pleased with the final results in regards to gloss and added weight.
