lol,, dude i couldnt do that if i had a perfect back:}:} that guy is a monster.. i do simular back excersises but i use just the bar with no weights.. but thx for the video... thats why i like about this forum... MOST guys are cool.. jake

Lmao.. I thought you would find that somewhat amusing.
I feel soo weak just lookin at those vids.. At 5:55 when he does the T-bars, I max out at 170. Anything higher then that I can't hold the bar anymore... Ronnie was lifting 540lbs in that vid..[X(]

thx a lot buddy.. but be careful what you say.. even though he is a jerk no need to get banned because of his stupid comments. he spoke before he thought about it. but you are right,, some people are jerks and they are the ones that need to be banned from this site. not the good guys like us that are here for good reading and making friends. i read a couple of his other post and on one he went as far as calling one guy stupid!! plus a few of his other post he puts people down. he is probably better then us!!!! NOT!!!
