any opinions on this? So why wouldn't a rally car like that work for drifting with drift tires and maybe stiffer suspension? Sitting too high?
ive heard good and bad things about cen.
something to note, that is nitro powered. if you are not mechanicly inclined then you are best off with electric, especially for a first rc.
that said, there are dozens of nitro guys here that will help (myself included) with any issues you may have.

you wont regret it (IN MY OPINION, dont want a nitro vs electic fight). nitro has its advantages over electric (even bl-lipo) and electric has it advantages over nitro.
one more thing, i STRONGLY suggest you buy new for your first rc. buying used you have no idea what the previous owner did to it. a bad rc will lead to a bad experence which is why some people criticize things (electric, nitro, traxxas, hpi, duratrax, etc, etc.)

Alright so my car finally got here yesterday.  Im not a fan of the paint scheme so after I go test drive it a bit more today, It'll be getting a flat black paint job with some monster energy decals hah (i think itll look cool with the neon wheels).  So here it is!

i was wondering if anyone could help me with a question.......i have a duratrax torq 12 engine (.12) and my piston/cylinder sleeve feels like it has little to no compression so i think it needs to be replaced ...trouble is they discontinued my engine , so i was wondering if it is possible to find a piston/cylinder sleeve from lets say anOS .12 or a AE .12 and use that in my engine (saves me from having to buy whole new engine) would this be possible ...if anyone could help would be much appreciated....thanks

probably not you need the same brand engine (not sure who makes duratrax's engines)
just buy a new engine and have alot less headaches IMO

Will do. Took it to a nice big empty parking lot today and let it rip around for a bit. The throttle seems to die out when you have it at full throttle for more than like 2 seconds. Any idea what that may be?

try not to slam on the throttle. ive had that problem. go very slow and keep going faster and faster. then go full speed and try that.
