Default CA 31% Extra CG Location ?

Well I just wanted to see where those of you who have a Colombo Anderson 31% Extra are balancing out at. According to the instructions is says wingtube is the correct location, is that a good starting point and how sensitive is it ?

Mine is currently going trough final assembly and should be ready in a few weeks. It is powered by Brison 4.8 Twin and all up finished weight should be right at 19.5lbs. Hopefully that will keep the wingloading down and make this a nice 3D flyer. What kind of finished weights has everyone else been comming up with ?

Here is a pic of what it looks like so far.
